Very Rare Original Matched Pair of Rogers BBC Studio Monitor speakers. BBC licenced near field 25w,15Ohm, LS3/6, 3 way with 2pin bulgin speaker sockets. In good used working condition. Early consecutive serial numbers 43x. Sound sublime, renowned for having probably the finest midrange ever. Original paper voice coil 15 ohm 8"bextrene main drivers. Original HF1300 tweeters and Original HF2000 super tweeters.

Thin wall birch ply veneered cabinets (removable fronts and backs). The veneer has good colour, but their is some damage to the front glue on trim pieces, and one length of trim is missing from the base of one speaker

I have used them with Sugden a21 and Rogers a75 amps. Ideal with good valve amps.

Obviously higher powered amps may be used with care not to exceed sensible limits.
