Pair Of Vintage Oval 13" X 8" Speaker Drive Units. Full Range. bikebirder Store I'm told these are likely to have been made by EMI. They work perfectly despite the discolouration to one of the cones which looks like it could have been caused by liquid. I presume the rusting at the edges would also indicate that they might have lived at some stage in a damp place. Below are some more pictures. There is even a cheaper option with Collectplus of £3.69 to a local shop near you and you collect the parcel from there but you would have to check their site (www.collectplus.co.uk) for your nearest participating shop.
