Overseas parcels : When a parcel travels by air or sea the cost is calculated not only by the weight of your parcel but the amount of space that parcel takes up on the boat/plane.  In order to charge correctly for the weight and size of the items, carriers have developed an international volume to weight calculation which can be heavier than the actual parcel weight.

Note: I will not send a parcel via a standard service, It is not insured or trackable, If a parcel is damaged or lost a refund is then assured.

Paypal or Postal Order, payable to R Smith, sorry we do not take cheques this is due to the bank now being a half hour drive away with no parking, they sit on my desk for weeks before I cash them which is too risky etc.

Return Policy

Returns and warranties Return Policy We hope that you will be pleased with your purchases from robandjayne's However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us. Items Damaged in Transit If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 3 working days . 

If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly.

We will arrange collection (UK only) or If preferred make a claim against the carrier. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back , we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. 

Items Faulty on Arrival and Items Faulty in 31 day Warranty Period If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 7 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault Will will arrange collection (UK only) Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. 

Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians postage costs will be deducted from the refund. 

Overseas buyers will be liable for the cost of return postage. Faulty items from overseas buyers must be returned at your cost. ALL items have Security tamper proof labels, any attempt to remove the label, or If you attempt to open an item will void any warranty. This is because we are having an increased amount of dishonest people trying to send their broken items back with the pretense that it was the one we sold.

Distance selling. 

Applies to Buy It Now’s only and not items purchased via auction. 

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, buyers have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the Order and get their money back, including the original postage and packing charges.

Where the goods are not faulty or wrongly delivered by us the goods must be returned at your cost. If you are not able to return the goods we can arrange to collect the goods and deduct the direct cost from the refund. An item must be in the same condition as when received ALL leads remotes etc must be included any missing item/s will be charged at cost.
