How much do we charge for delivery? All our items are FREE delivery to the Mainland UK. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern / Southern Ireland and Channel Islands there is a delivery charge of £9.95 for orders of any value. We will charge you for the delivery only once for each order, if we need to send the order in more than one consignment the delivery charge will remain the same. Please note, we do not ship outside of the UK.

Do we replace damaged or lost goods during transit? Yes absolutely, please check your product as soon as it arrives then please notify us immediately on receipt of any damaged goods and we will replace or refund the item. How quickly will I receive my order? Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order. You should allow up to five working days for delivery. We will send you an email with your order confirmation and an expected delivery date.

What if I am not home when you deliver my parcel? If you are not home, our courier shall leave a calling card so you can call them and arrange another delivery slot. Alternatively you can collect the parcel from your local depot.
