Universal audio/video connecting lead. Use singularly for mono audio sources such as Subwoofer connections or combine two leads for a stereo Audio signal. Use with video equipment for image (RCA composite Video) signal only or combined with a RCA/Phono pair for image and audio.

May also be used with a S/PDIF Audio interface usually found on digital audio equipment such as a DAT machine or audio processing devices. It allows the transfer of audio from one file to another without the conversion to and from an analogue format, which could degrade the signal quality.
