To protect customers from fraud we are required to despatch to the delivery address provided with your payment. When paying by PayPal please check the address you would like us to send your order to is selected or added during the payment process so the correct delivery address is included with your payment.

Postal Payments must be in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP), drawn against a UK bank account or Post Office and made payable to "AudioSpares". Postal payments require approximately seven days for processing and clearing.

Goods remain the property of AudioSpares until paid in full. We reserve the right to cancel orders and/or make goods available to other customers if payment is not received.

AudioSpares welcome international orders from customers outside the UK but payment must be in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP). We recommend making payment via PayPal which will handle the currency exchange, billing you in your own currency and paying us in GBP.

Postage and packaging (P&P) costs and the standard delivery service used are shown in our listings.

Multiple items can usually be combined to save you money on shipping. Most listings have discounted "Additional Item" postage rates for more than one of the same item. For orders from more than one listing please send a "Request Total" or message before payment so we can apply postage discounts, or contact us to confirm costs before purchasing. If the carrier is unable to deliver they may leave a card or contact you. Most carriers keep undelivered parcels for a short time to allow you to arrange redelivery or collection before returning them to us. Parcels returned to us undelivered/uncollected may incur a re-delivery charge.

Royal Mail - First Class / Airmail

The following Royal Mail services do not provide tracking or guaranteed delivery times so we are unable to trace delayed or missing orders within the times shown. If tracking or timing of your order is important please enquire about upgrading delivery to a Courier or Priority Delivery Service.

United Kingdom orders sent via First Class or Recorded "Signed For" usually arrive within two working days to most UK mainland addresses. However, Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery times or provide tracking of either service and your order may take longer to be delivered. Royal Mail do not consider First Class mail to be missing or delayed until 15 working days after despatch and will not investigate claims for late or lost mail within this time. International orders sent via Airmail are usually delivered within approximately 5-15 working days within Europe and 10-15 working days for most other countries but can be delayed by customs clearance, additional security checks or during handling by local carriers. Airmail does not offer tracking or guaranteed delivery times. Royal Mail do not consider Airmail to be missing or delayed until 25 working days after despatch and will not investigate claims for late or lost mail within this time.

Couriers

Orders that are heavy, large, bulky, fragile or exceed the compensation limits for standard mail services may be sent by courier. Most courier deliveries are tracked and often offer expedited or guaranteed delivery times.

Please verify the delivery address and telephone number on your order and advise us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if either is missing or incorrect to prevent any delay in delivery of your order. If you are unable to inspect goods before signing please write "UNCHECKED" when signing for your parcel. Damage to the parcel should be brought to the attention of the delivery driver, noted on the delivery documents and reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. In the event of a problem with delivery please contact us via e-mail as quickly as possible; our ability to track the delivery and claims for compensation for delayed, damaged or missing goods may be affected unless we are notified within 10 days of despatch.
