By cutting back on the extras, Cambridge Audio have managed to retain high quality components. Connect your MP3 player or iPod, CD player, PC and TV and you'll enjoy a true-to-life sound quality that's leagues ahead of similarly priced multi-media speakers - trust us, this is proper hi-fi at a low-fi price! Like other Cambridge Audio Topaz models, the AM1 is also far better built than the class average. A full metal casing with brushed aluminium front panel gives the AM1 the look of an amp' costing two or three times as much.

At Richersounds we are committed to providing high quality products which we hope you will enjoy, but we know from time to time a product may need to be returned or exchanged, therefore all items come with a 12 Month Return To Base Warranty. In the event of a return and to enable us to process your Refund/Exchange or Repair efficiently please follow these steps:

Unwanted Purchases/Your Right to Cancel:

Faulty Products - Within 90 Days: If your item develops a fault within 90 days of the date you received it we will offer a full refund or replacement (if the item you ordered is out of stock we will offer an equivalent model)

Faulty Products - After 90 Days (Excluding cosmetic/accidental damage or customer misuse) If your item develops a fault after 90 days of the date you received it, but within the 12 Month warranty period we will offer a FOC repair upon receipt of the item. You are responsible (including costs) for returning the item to us via a trackable method.

The above policies do not affect your statutory rights.

All items must initially be sent to the address on paypal account or the card holder's address. (Redelivery can be arranged after the courier has called and left a calling card) The items for sale cannot be shipped to any of our stores as all goods are stored in our central warehouse (the postage would still be the same cost if we could).

All orders are shipped via DPD, except Plasma/LCD screens over 37" which are sent fully insured with a premium carrier. Delivery occurs up to 5 working days. If after this time you have still to take receipt of your order please contact us via the eBay message centre or via phone on 0161 688 1532 providing your order number, name, address, and brief details of what you ordered. We strive to answer all queries within a working day, although at busy times we do ask that you bear with us. Please submit your query only once, as repeated emails/telephone calls only serves to slow down our response time and can result in further delays to your order.

All deliveries must be signed for. They will NOT be left in garages, sheds, outside loos, porches etc. You must examine the goods before signing for them to ensure they are in good condition - if packaging is damaged please do not accept goods. Instead notify us as soon as possible. If there is no-one in to sign for the goods, they will be taken back to the courier depot and a card left.

We are proud to offer FREE delivery on all our "Buy It Now items.

PLEASE NOTE - Deliveries can take place anytime between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times and currently do not offer Saturday delivery slots.

We will happily accept the return of your purchase under the following circumstances.

1. We offer a full refund or exchange (subject to stock availability) for 'Buy It Now' units purchased in our eBay store, providing they are returned complete with packaging/accessories and in an 'as new' condition within 90 days of purchase. We will only issue refunds to the original Paypal account.

2. Should any unit arrive faulty or damaged in transit; we will happily exchange this for a replacement unit or issue you with a full refund or credit as soon as possible.

3. Items which develop a fault after 90 days will be collected, repaired and returned free of charge for the remainder of the 12 month warranty.

All items (excluding wearable parts) are guaranteed for a full 12 months for domestic use. Obviously we can't be expected to guarantee against misuse (i.e. coffee spilt inside, blown speakers etc.), excessive wear and tear (i.e. commercial use),loss of data stored on any form of writeable/ rewriteable media/ hard drive devices, dead pixels of an amount not covered by the manufacturer's specifications or normal wear and tear. Please note that if repairs are done other than by ourselves or authorised agents our guarantee can't apply. This guarantee is naturally in addition to your statutory rights. After the guarantee has expired we will still endeavour to help with any servicing your equipment may require however this may incur an additional cost.
